ELIGIBILITY FOR SUPPLY
As a wholesaler of ceramic tiles, we supply only bona-fide retail tile shops within NSW & the ACT. The following are guidelines as to what constitutes a legitimate retail shop, under our terms and conditions.
1. The shop must be in commercial premises, fully fitted with substantial displays of ceramic tiles, devoted primarily to the retailing of ceramic tiles.
2. It must be open to the general public between 9:00 am and 5:00pm, at least 5 days per week, with staff available in those hours to service customers.
3. It must have staff and/or facilities including a forklift to unload deliveries.
4. There must be a reasonable minimum volume of business to justify our costs in servicing a new customer.
