This position also offers the potential to step into an Assistant Team Leader role, supporting leadership and contributing to team coordination. Supervisory experience is a plus, though not essential.
What You’ll Do:
• Answer inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, providing accurate information and connecting customers to the right team members.
• Welcome and assist walk-in clients with warmth and confidence.
• Collaborate with colleagues to keep daily operations running seamlessly.
• Carry out essential administrative tasks, including keying orders and accurate data entry.
• Build strong relationships with our National Sales and Operations teams.
• Support the team with coordination and leadership tasks – and grow your career with us!
