GNS Ceramics is a leading wholesale supplier of premium ceramic and mosaic products to the Australian building and design industry. We’re seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to manage and grow an established customer portfolio while developing new opportunities across a mixed metro and regional territory.
This role suits a confident B2B sales professional who enjoys autonomy, values long-term relationships, and knows how to turn trust into commercial results.
The Role
Manage and grow an established portfolio of wholesale re-seller customers
Drive revenue through account development, range expansion, and new opportunities
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers through regular face-to-face visits
Deliver product demonstrations, training, and showroom merchandising support
Position GNS Ceramics as a preferred supplier through consultative, value-based selling
Manage a mix of Sydney metro and regional customers, with regular, structured regional travel within the state to support key accounts and territory growth
About You
Proven experience in B2B sales or account management
Strong commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset
Confident communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills
Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously
Experience in wholesale, building materials, tiles, or construction products highly regarded
Confident using CRM systems and sales tools
